CONDITIONS OF USE / WARRANTY
All products manufactured by Bear’s Performance Products are warrantied free from defects in material and workmanship. Liability is limited to repair and / or replacement only. Due to the varying conditions of use and installations the purchaser accepts all responsibility for determining the suitability and acceptability of all products. There is no warranty of merchantability.
Bear’s Performance Products reserves the right to make changes / improvements in design of any product without the obligation to install or replace on previously manufactured products. Purchaser and end user agrees to indemnify and hold Bear’s Performance Products harmless from any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to the installation or use of products purchased from Bear’s Performance Products.
AXLE WARRANTY
Bear’s Pro Street axles with 33 and 35 spline are warrantied unbreakable to the original purchaser for a period of 3 years from invoice date. This warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the axle shaft only.
Bear’s Performance Products / Strange "Hy-Tuf" Pro Race axles with 33, 35 and 40 spline (excluding gun-drilled) carry a replacement warranty to the original purchaser for a period of 5 years.
Bear’s Performance Products does not accept responsibility or liability beyond repair or replacement of the axle shaft. Warranty is void on any product which has been altered, repaired, abused as in our judgement to affect its performance.
**ORIGINAL INVOICE OR INVOICE NUMBER MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS**
DUE TO THE VARYING CONDITIONS OF USES AND INSTALLATIONS THE PURCHASER ACCEPTS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DETERMINING THE SUITABILITY AND ACCEPTABILITY OF ALL PRODUCTS.
