SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING : Bear’s Performance Products ships packaged product via UPS, Fedex and Canpar (Canada only) for ground service. This allows us to give you the best possible rate and service. Your shipping cost will reflect our cost plus $2.00 per package for handling. All shipments (over $100.00), will be insured at $1.00 per $100.00 value, this will be reflected in your shipping cost. C.O.D. shipments will incur a $9.00 surcharge per order and must be payable via money order, certified cheque or cash. In some cases the courier will have a rural delivery or residential surcharge, these will be included in shipping cost when applicable. All AIR shipments are shipped via UPS only and will incur the current posted fuel surcharge. Some products that require special packaging may incur additional handling charges.
TUBING : The maximum length of tubing that can be shipped is 8'
FREIGHT : Some product is required to be shipped via truck freight. Bear’s Performance Products ships all truck freight via Day & Ross (Canada) and Conway (U.S.A.). All truck freight must be prepaid and will incur a $25.00 or $50.00 pallet charge where applicable. Residential deliveries and tailgate deliveries will incur additional charges.
RETURNS : All returns must be pre-authorized by Bear’s Performance Products, be shipped pre-paid and may be subject to a re-stocking charge where applicable. Any returns not authorized or shipped C.O.D. will be refused......NO EXCEPTIONS. No returns allowed after 30 days and special order products must be pre-paid in full and are non-returnable.
